  1. Get on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
  2. As you inhale, arch your back and look up toward the ceiling.
  3. As you exhale, round your back and tuck your chin into your chest.
  4. Repeat the movement, inhaling as you arch your back and exhaling as you round your back.

  2. Tuck your toes under and lift your hips up and back, straightening your arms and legs. Your body should form an inverted "V" shape.
  3. Keep your hands shoulder-width apart, with your fingers spread wide and your palms pressing into the ground. Your feet should be hip-width apart, with your toes pointing straight ahead.
  4. Engage your core and press your heels toward the ground. If your heels don't touch the ground, it's okay to keep a slight bend in your knees.
  5. Hold the pose for several breaths, then release by lowering your knees to the ground.
