Although my gym is closed, a few month's back they started providing massage guns, *****, and rollers. By yourself, the gun is great for the front side of your body, and the rollers for the back. With a partner, you can get both sides with a gun.When I first got this gun, I immediately plugged it in so I use it right away. The first issue I noticed was that the charge green/red light is very difficult to see in bright light (like by a window). Cupping it with my hand showed it was already charged (green), but when turned on it was just charged to 8. So I left it a little longer to get it to the full 10.The second issue I noticed was when I went to use it. Intuitively for me, the + and - buttons are on the reverse sides. This is something I'll likely get used to. The final issue is that the power button is smack between them, so in your attempt to speed it up/down, you may hit the power button which will stop it and reset the speeds. I wish this button was moved higher or raised so you have to click it in order to activate it.I'm listing the issues first to get them out of the way. The rest of it is great. The battery lasts a long time, and the speed has a lot of adjustment (0 to 20). I say speed because it doesn't get any "harder", it just gets faster imo. This isn't a bad thing, and you may find that if you ramp it up faster it actually feels softer since you use it more lightly, if that makes any sense.The accessories are great, and I recommend experimenting.
