    I bought this in August/September (2021)and have used it fairly frequently. I exercise a lot (running/swimming/cycling) and have come to use it for muscular massages pre and post exercise. I initially bought it to help with deep tissue massage and assist in removing knots but it's pretty poor/none effective in this area. If i hold it in an area for too long (no more than several seconds) with too much pressure, the gun overheats and begins to smell . For a light pre/post workout massage then it works well, but for anything more substantive then it's not worth the money.

    This massage gun is excellent.It has relieved the muscle soreness and has helped with my lower back pain.It is quite powerfull when on the full setting but is easy to use.Very impressed with this product.Thankyou.
