- PKPaul K.Verified BuyerRated 3 out of 5 stars2 weeks agoEngineering missed some significant features.
1. Three activation buttons on the front, and each has a slightly raised icon. However, they are raised sufficiently to be noticeable when the unit is in place. Could be marked with glue or tape by the user. But rather ludicrous considering the price.
2. Once connected to a mobile device with Bluetooth (a good feature), inadequate sound volume even when both devices are set to maximum volume.
So, I am curious as to whether staff or engineering actually try these devices prior to marketing? Yep, does what it's suppose to do but ridiculous "misses" by development crew.

Bought for my wife’s birthday. The product itself is underwhelming, provides very little messaging pressure or therapy. It’s basically an oversized eye cover with a speaker. Because it was a gift and with shipping their strict 30 day return and exchange policy leaves no wiggle room for potential changes. Asked for supervisor and got same answer complete disappointment $90 in the trash after 5 minutes of use.

2 parts stopped working 3 days after buying. I still haven't gotten an email back from support.

The shipping took longer than expected. The customer service was helpful, but the massager itself is just average for the price point.

I highly recommend the Eyeris Masc for anyone who works on a computer all day. It provides instant relief for those tired, heavy eyes. The build quality is excellent and it feels like it will last a long time.
